Initiating a profitable farm to support the local economy by providing employment and support for social programs

This farm consists of a patchwork of leased farmland owned by elderly Ukrainians who could not otherwise use their land profitably. The farm owns farming equipment and machinery which, while utilized in its own operations can also be rented to small-scale farmers in the surrounding region who cannot afford to own large farm equipment which would greatly improve their crop production.

In the last 5 years, the farm has grown to over 300 hectares of cultivated land. This farm is actively involved in encouraging professional growth and providing training in new agricultural methods to employees and small-scale farmers in the region. Additionally, the farm provides clean water and road maintenance for those in the surrounding areas.
