Building a food safety compliant fruit and vegetable drying and packaging facility

Valley Fruits Cooperative in Uzbekistan used to dry their fruits in the open sun which does not comply with local or international food safety regulations, making supply to high-end markets difficult. To better access the market, they required a proper fruit drying and packaging facility.

With this equipment they are able to dry up to 5.000 kilos per day of a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, including persimmon, apricots, peaches, apples, tomatoes, zucchini, and others.
